The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force is a proud sponsor of "Putting the B in LGBT," a free one-day summit to be held tomorrow, Saturday, May 30, at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York City. The summit is co-organized by the Bi Writers Association and the Center, and co-sponsored by the New York Times Company GLBT & Allies Affinity Group and the Task Force.
The summit will address why the inclusion of bisexual people in the discussion of LGBT issues is critical. It aims to give people the tools to understand and include the bisexual community more fully.
The keynote speaker will be Robyn Ochs, editor of Getting Bi and a marriage rights activist. Ochs was honored by the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force with the Susan J.
